Terms of Service

The service

PublishPilot provides social media scheduling, AI content generation, autopilot posting, SEO blogging, rank tracking and uptime monitoring. Features may change as the product evolves.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you publish through the service and for complying with each platform's terms (Telegram, Facebook, YouTube, WordPress). Do not use the service for spam, deception, or anything illegal.

Your keys

AI features run on your own API keys (e.g. Google Gemini). You are responsible for your key's usage and any costs from its provider. Store it safely.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled posts depend on third-party platform APIs being available.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You may delete your account anytime.
